Samsungs DeX framework team has broken many parts of the Window management system in Android 8.1.0 and above, so please forgive the start menu positioning bugs. Launching apps in fullscreen mode appears to be broken too, though Desktop Hubs window snapping feature still works, but even Samsungs Game launcher app fails to launch games in full screen properly in the newer versions of DeX...
