DIFE LIMA

Labour Inspection Management Application (LIMA) is hand held device such as mobile or tab based inspection system for the Labour Inspectors of Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of Bangladesh.

LIMA will provide the opportunity to get the real-time information in a platform, which gives more accurate picture of the working environment and safety status. DIFE introduced the LIMA mobile app to improve the conditions of all the industrial sectors by ensuring good working environment for the workers.

This web application was developed by the Department of Inspections for Factories and Establishments with the support of the International Labour Organization's "Improving Working Conditions in the Bangladesh Ready-Made Garment Sector" programme funded by Canada, Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
