Subscription details:

Exporting or sharing your Patient Summary requires an in-app subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store settings.
