Innovative Clinical Governance Wellness App connected to a Telemedicine platform. The App allows you to monitor your own well-being parameters and achieve goals agreed with a coach on televisit. The App requires the user to enter some manual data and record other parameters automatically using some fitness devices. The App allows you to carry out televisits with coaches or nutrition professionals aimed at improving well-being, to upload, exchange some documents and diagnostic tests and exchange them with an operations centre. The App focuses on 5 fundamental parameters for monitoring well-being:

After authorizing, you can sync your steps, sleep, heart rate and other health-related data with the Android App "Google Fit".
