Registration and Purchase

Before you can buy tickets for the first time, please register under the "Profile" tab. Click on “Register” and enter your first and last name and your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail from us asking you to confirm your account and assign a password (8 characters, upper and lower case letters as well as numbers or special characters).

If you are registered, you can use all the functions of our app without restrictions. Select your desired ticket in the “Tickets” tab and click on “Buy”. In the following dialog you can choose whether you want to start immediately or later and whether you want to buy the ticket for yourself or someone else. You will then be securely forwarded to Logpay, our payment service provider, to complete the purchase. Your preferred payment method is saved automatically and you don't need to enter your details again the next time you make a purchase. After successful purchase, you will find your chosen ticket in the “My Tickets” area. Here you can also see how long your ticket is still valid. Please remember to validate your ticket before starting your journey.
