DRK day care centers

In the daycare area of ​​the app, parents get an insight into everyday daycare life and also receive information from the daycare team, have insight into the daycare center's event checklists and can report their child's absence. For interested grandparents or other family members, there is limited access to the child's experiences.

Outpatient care & dementia flat shares

In the care area of ​​the app, relatives regularly receive short assessments of the state of mind of their loved ones from the care staff. In addition, checklists can be viewed and edited if things are missing in the household that need to be taken care of. If our customers also use the app, we offer a simple communication system for chatting with each other.

menu service

Ordering food has never been so easy and digital! Calls and handing over notes are no longer necessary. Instead, the desired meal for the week can now simply be selected via the app. Pictures and, of course, information on the nutrients and certain types of diet make it easier to choose.

advisory

Our refugee advice center and our senior advice center can now also be reached via the DRK Neuss app. Consulting services can take place via chat or video chat and inquiries can also be transmitted anonymously if necessary.
