As an additional mailing option installed within our retail partners virtual checkouts DustiD will provide a range of disruptive customer service features that will eliminate a number of customer friction points speeding yourjourney through the checkout

Embedded within DustiD's core is our disruptive Addressless mailing tool, which allocates our registered end users' with a unique DustiD id ( your own mobile phone number). This unique easy to remember id is paired with your registered personal details and stored on the cloud. Your DustiD id can now be used as a universal login to complete any online or Omni channel transaction, It can also be shared within your private network of friends, contacts and family members who hopefully are also registered with DustiD.

When a friend or family member wants to mail a card or gift to a Dustid user they proceed to checkout with the item choose the addressless mailing option enter the recipients mobile phone number and that’s it, done & DustiD. The address will be uploaded onto the retailers virtual platform and from there the goods are despatched.

One of the concerns that we encountered during our research was privacy, but that’s one of the major features of Addressless Mailing only the retailer and NOT the sender sees the recipients address details.
