The Device Verification System (DVS) App is a mobile application designed to help users verify the status of a mobile device by checking its IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number. This app is essential for ensuring that mobile devices comply with regulatory requirements and are legally approved for use. It provides a seamless and user-friendly experience, allowing individuals to confirm whether a device is PTA-approved, non-PTA, or not approved before purchase or activation.

There is no Login Functionality in App

1-IMEI Verification:

Users can manually enter the IMEI number or scan it using the built-in barcode scanner.

The app fetches real-time results from the verification system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

2-Device Status Check:

The app categorizes devices into three statuses:

PTA-Approved: The device is registered and legally allowed for use.

Non-PTA: The device is not registered but can be approved upon fulfilling regulatory conditions.

Not Approved: The device is blocked or restricted from usage.

3-Barcode Scanner:

Users can scan the IMEI barcode instead of manually typing the number.

This ensures efficiency and minimizes human errors during input.

4-Real-Time API Integration:

The app instantly communicates with a backend system via APIs to retrieve IMEI status.

Ensures the latest information is available for verification.

5-Multilingual Support:

The app supports English and Urdu, allowing users to toggle between languages as per their preference.

How It Works:

The user does not need any login info because there is no login functionality in the App.

Launch the App: Open the DVS App on your mobile device.

Enter or Scan IMEI: Type the IMEI number manually or scan the barcode using the built-in scanner.

Verify Device Status: The app fetches real-time data and displays whether the device is PTA-approved, non-PTA, or not approved.

Take Action: If necessary, follow regulatory guidelines for approval or registration.
