Also, the app requires wifi or cellular data, as well as GPS/Location Services being enabled to deliver notifications. If the device is shut off or not connected to a data service, the notification will be delivered once the device is powered on or the data network is restored.

*Also, E-ELERTER Pro is a free emergency notification system provided to municipalities, cities, schools, hospitals and emergency services providers. In the event that your local entity has not subscribed to this service, certain notifications may not be delivered. Please check with your local emergency services providers for more information.
