Easy Contraction Timer

Timing your contractions has never been so easy! Just press start when a contraction begins, and stop when it ends — it's as simple as that.

As a contraction timer and labor tracker, Easy Contraction Timer gives you everything you need during this important time:

• Share a live view of your contractions with your partner, midwife, doula or loved ones in real time, wherever they are — something you won't find in most contraction counters — or send a quick summary when you're done

• Automatic tracking of how many contractions you've had, and how long each contraction and each interval lasts

• Know when to call: a live check against the 5-1-1 rule (contractions 5 minutes apart, about 1 minute long, for 1 hour) shows how far apart they are, how long they last and how long it has held, with a heads-up when they match. Your midwife gave you different numbers? Set your own

• Save your hospital or midwife's number and call it in one tap when it's time

• Intensity tracking with an easy-to-read chart, so you can spot patterns as labor progresses

• Add notes to any contraction

• Edit or resume a contraction with one tap of the pencil icon, in case you stopped it by mistake

• Delete a contraction instantly by swiping it away

• Export your full contraction history as a CSV file — perfect for keeping records or sharing with your midwife or obstetrician

• Time contractions from your Wear OS watch: see the time since your last one and your 5-1-1 progress at a glance, and rate how strong each one was

• Baby born? Celebrate the moment, and the app switches off its alerts
