EasyTenant is an application to make it easier for tenants to monitor monthly bills, book facilities, report a complaint, and tracking the position of the package after arriving at the apartment. Easy Tenant also provide information about apartment’s facilities like facilities open hour, house rules, and apartment’s manual.

*Facilities* - No need to worried about what time facilities will open or which location the facilities at. You can find it all here! Also you can book it from here, easy right?

*Booking* - Want to use the facilities? don’t forget to book it from here. First come first serve.

*Tera Express* - You can monitor your package after arrival here. Don’t forget to give apartment’s service 5-stars after you get the package through the apps!

*Invoice* - Email too old to be used nowadays? you can monitor your bills here! No worries…

*Defect* - Found some defect or problems in your apartments? Easy! Just take a photo and report what you found. Wala! The Building Management will process it soon!

*Manuals* - Nothing special here, just some manuals you can follow if you confused about apartments furniture or equipment.

*House Rules -* Just some writings that you need to follow if you were a occupants. Don’t forget to follow the rules. It’s important!
