Health Connect Integration

eBenefit Health integrates with Health Connect by Android through its Wellness Support feature, allowing users to monitor their health and fitness activities.

With user permission, the app accesses the following data:

1. Exercise: Displays exercise history.

2. Steps: Tracks daily step counts.

3. Calories Burned: Displays total calories burned.

4. Sleep: Displays sleep duration and history.

Health Connect data is used only to display personal health information. Access is optional, and users can manage or revoke permissions anytime through their device settings.
