Eclyse is a multi function shopping assistant app that helps you:

- Find cheaper deals of a specific item by barcode scan and keyword search.

- Locate coupons and other offers around you. Current version provides restaurant/gourmet information from HotPepper, more will be added along the way.

(*) To do a scan, select scan mode and position your phone’s camera in front of a product's barcode. The 13 digit barcodes are usually printed on an item's packaging, CD/ DVD cases, and book covers (as ISBN).

• Barcode / QR scan : Eclyse handles 2-dimensional barcodes (format used is 13 digit IAN, also known as JAN, UPC, or EAN-13) and QR codes (email, text, phone number, address, etc). Our intuitive design also allows you to scan multiple products in a row and check all their prices at once.

• Navi -- Find all deals and coupons in your vicinity or any area you choose

• Keyword search -- Type or speak any keyword or barcode and let the search engine find the product for you

• Easy wishlist -- Check for price change instantly by refreshing your saved items in the wishlist

• Live -- Check out all items being scanned by other users right now

• Inform your friends -- Share your finds through Email, Facebook and Twitter.

ATTENTION:

Eclyse is currently designed to work with made-in-Japan products being sold in Japan. International users may use the app. However search results will be displayed mostly in Japanese and it is up for individual stores to arrange shipping overseas.

To avoid compatibility problems, please upgrade your operating system to 2.2 (Froyo). Eclyse can only work with a few 2.1 devices.

Eclyse uses ZXing library as decoder.
