eGhaseel (Arabic الغسيل الالكتروني) is the online laundry and cleaning service ordering platform in Oman with a vision to operate across the GCC (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, & Qatar). Users can order from laundry and cleaning partners including local brands such as Diwania Dry Cleaning.

eGhaseel electronic services and delivery company was founded by Yousuf Al Zaabi, an Omani entrepreneur and chairman of YH business group. In 2019, a revamp of the group and business took place with focusing in 4th industrial with a new website layout and improvement in user interface, and more of online marketing and sales. On 1 July 2020, eGhaseel released its mobile application for Android devices.

Vendor on eGhaseel benefit from an online ordering presence and are the alternative to walk to the laundry shop or telephone orders and pickup options. eGhaseel users have access to thousands of laundry and cleaning vendors according to the user’s location and the vendor in the area while filtering by ratings, delivery time, minimum order value, distance from customer, payment options or brand. Placed orders are sent to the vendor’s point of sale machines, picked up from customer location, processed and then delivered to the customer’s address.
