If you are interested in exposure to radio-frequency electromagnetic fields (EMF) in your area or anywhere else in Slovenia and if you would like to learn or how much radiates your mobile phone, you should install this application »EMF Sources Slovenia«.

Application »EMF Sources« allows you to:

• Review the EMF exposure to RF sources in your area or anywhere else in Slovenia in the form of colored maps

• Find locations and technical data of the EMF sources in the environment

• Overview your individual exposure to mobile phone radiation

• Overview of the latest news on the health risks related to EMF.

How it works

Mobile application from the server transmits data on the EMF exposure of the environment in Slovenia that are presented on the phone screen in the form of colored maps.

Maps can be viewed by zoom in and out function.

To display maps on EMF exposure it is necessary allow the data transfer .

If you wish to obtain information on exact EMF exposure value in one particular location you may press any point on the screen. The total EMF exposure expressed in percentage (%) of the exposure limit value due to Slovenian Ordinance on EMF exposure in environment is shown in a separate window.

In addition, individual locations of the all RF EMF sources in the environment are available

in a special tab on the application.

It also offers monitoring of the personal exposure due to cell phone use and in the form of warnings encourages the user to implement simple measures to reduce personal EMF exposure.
