Carmel Knight is a story of the Peruvian writer Abraham Valdelomar, considered by critics as the best of all his fictional creation and one of the most perfect stories of Peruvian literature. Posted on November 13, 1913 in the newspaper La Nacion in Lima, leads all the stories called "Creole" or "criollistas" acclimated during childhood the author spent in Pisco, a city of the Peruvian coast, in the middle of desert.
