It all started when a group of former Special Forces soldiers in Singapore wanting to find a way to maintain their fitness levels whilst preserving their specialist combat skills. As highly trained elite soldiers who have already experienced the world’s toughest training, nothing but the most demanding and rigorous training regimen would suffice. However, their love for the community gave them the motivation to bring highly specialized training to the masses – powered by technology.

No longer the exclusive domain of professional soldiers, we’ve made it easier for fitness enthusiasts like you to gain access to knowledge previously only available to the selected few – both through online videos and offline face-to-face engagements.
