Elysium One

Elysium One is an employee self-service and workplace management application for authorized employees of participating organizations. The application provides access to attendance, payroll information, HR services, workplace tasks, training resources, and organizational communication from a single platform.

Depending on the organization's configuration, employees can record attendance using supported attendance methods such as facial verification, QR code scanning, biometric authentication, or location-based attendance. Employees can also access attendance history and related records.

The application allows employees to view digital payslips, payment information, leave balances, reimbursement requests, and HR support requests. Request status and related updates can be viewed within the application.

Employees can access assigned tasks, training materials, company policies, workplace documents, announcements, and other resources made available by their organization. Performance information, employee progress, incentive details, referral status, and notifications are available where applicable.

An integrated chat assistant provides access to workplace information and commonly requested HR guidance.

Elysium One is intended only for authorized employees of participating organizations.
