EMCOP

The South Carolina Emergency Management Common Operating Picture (EMCOP), a crisis management system (CMS) supporting emergency management processes and functions, provides a common operating picture with comprehensive situational awareness for SCEMD and its federal, county, and local strategic partners.

EMCOP is a map-based tool that combines event reporting, resource tracking and shelter monitoring with locally generated pre-event, event-specific, and post-event data for daily operations exercise, local responses, and other operations:
