1. Why do I see rectangles/squares in my Emoly?

If you are seeing rectangles/squares when you paste the Emoly it is because the font your device is currently using doesn't support that particular character in another language. However, it will appear in the receiver's phone or browser if that font is supported by that device.

2. What can I do if I want to see the rectangles/squares as characters in my phone?

You would need to download other fonts that include characters for languages like extra fonts for your language such as Japanese, Hindi, Tamil, etc.
