For EMS Software users to securely and easily schedule meetings and spaces.

The EMS Mobile App enables everyday users to securely and easily schedule meetings, rooms, learning spaces and workspaces with their mobile devices. This application is solely for customers of EMS Software, the leading provider of room and resource scheduling.

With the EMS Mobile App, you can access EMS from wherever you are — allowing you to:

• Create, view, change, or cancel existing bookings.

• Search for space based on your geolocation.

• Check in to a booking.

• View attendees' availability and invite them to join your meeting.

• End an in-progress booking early.

• Swipe or scan a QR code to book or check in to a room or workspace.

This business application is designed for use with EMS Software and is free to download. However, it does require a current EMS license (version 44.1), an EMS Mobile API URL and valid login in order to use it. Please contact your EMS Software system administrator for more information.

EMS Mobile App Update 7 is compatible with EMS Mobile API version 44.1.249.0. With the release of our next update, EMS Platform Services won't be compatible with EMS Mobile App Update 7. EMS Mobile App Update 9 will not be compatible with any version of EMS Mobile API.

EMS Update 9 version contains quality and performance improvements along with new features. Contact your admin to ensure you upgrade to both EMS Platform Services and EMS Mobile App Update 9 once made available in March 2017.
