・地図のアップデートを行い、描画負荷を低減しました
・緊急地震速報を表示した際のP・S波到達予想円の描画を最適化しました
　　・S波到達予想円の中を赤で塗りつぶすようにしました
・インターネットへ接続できない状態でアプリケーションを起動した時に、予期しない文字が表示される問題を修正しました
・地図の配色を変更しました
・軽微なUI・処理の修正を行いました
