eSBM is platfrom developed by BSNL and VSPL for Ministry of Urban Development. The platfrom facilitates for effective solid waste disposal monitoring across various cities in India. Platfrom comprise of central portal (hrrp://esbm.bsnl.in) and various mobile applications for bin mapping, daily attendance and cleanliness reporting by ULB staff, Citizen app for getting help and officer app for viewing citizen problems and resolution reporting.

This application provides following facility to citizens to interact the Municipal Corporation(s) and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in India:

- Lodge complaints with Photo in various cities

- View details of the officer handling complaint

- View status of resolution

- Rate complaint resolution quality

- Send feedback/suggestions

- Participate in polls conducted by ULBs
