Citizen Shield is an application that guides citizens when going to an agency of the Public Ministry to carry out a procedure and if they are victims of an act of corruption, provides advice and support. The application shows the user the prosecutor agencies closest to your location and leads to that of your choice using the map application cell. Empowers citizens to inform them about their rights as victims, and invites them to answer a simple questionnaire to assess their experience in the agency. It is a project developed by Factual and supported by Ethos Laboratory of Public Policy and advisory Mexico United Against Crime.
