I am determined to write a solid book about business spirituality. I have also gone ahead with designing the outline. But up to this moment, I still stopped at the first part; discussion of the meaning of spirituality and business. Until the introduction to this book was written, the complete book on business spirituality was still unfinished.

For some reason, when I opened the file of my writings from the last 10 years, I seemed to get "inspiration". It was as if I had been ordered to publish my articles, especially those relating to Islamic economics, ethics and business. I tried to collect it. I also asked several friends for help to create classifications or sections. The writing was finally collected.

One of my juniors, Syukri Albani Nasution, has even made a systematic book. I think he is the right person to be the editor of this book. However, I understand that, as an energetic young lecturer who is busy with his doctoral studies, plans to publish this book have stopped. Long story short, until I finished my assignment in the department, the book had not yet materialized.

After being appointed Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, I was determined not to stop planning. I never wrote a whole book about business spirituality. This book of articles is also not finished.

I promised myself, this book must be finished. The result is what is in the hands of the reader today.

Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
