Each session will tell you exactly how long it'll take, what equipment you'll need and the benefits of each exercise. Once you've completed a session, save how difficult it was to compare it to previous sessions and track your progress over time to keep you motived on your recovery.

Registered Practitioners can create their own exercises and sessions, which can then be assigned to your patients to make it easier than ever to help your patients on their recovery. Track your patients progress over time and see who is complying to their regime, and who is not adhering to their given sessions.
