Extra Ledger helps contractors, site leads, and field workers organize extra work evidence on their phone.

Save shared text, images, PDFs, and files into a local inbox. Link them to projects and change work records. Review request details, approval status, work status, settlement status, and attached evidence before creating a PDF record.

Extra Ledger has no account, no server sync, and no automatic cloud recovery. Your project data, evidence files, PDFs, and backups stay under your control. If you lose the phone without an exported backup, the app cannot recover your data.

Use this app when extra work requests, approvals, photos, PDF files, and settlement notes are scattered across messages, file apps, and site conversations. Extra Ledger gives you a simple local workflow to gather those records, connect them to the right project, and create a PDF trail after you review the details.

This first release is focused on local evidence management and closed-test feedback.
