Boxing App: Technique and Tactics is useful for a beginner or professional boxer. You will learn how to strike correctly, to defend, tactically fight.

The first part of the application consists of training materials for a beginner-boxer, special exercises, basic techniques for teaching boxing, lessons for every day.

The second part of the application is devoted to the history of boxing, technique, tactics, physiological and psychological preparation of a boxer, theory issues and the methodology for conducting training sessions. Much attention is paid to medical and pedagogical control, hygiene and the regime of the boxer, as well as work with novice athletes.

The third part of the application is a guide for instructors of boxing sections and schools, for athletes-boxers. The book covers in detail boxing techniques, issues of training and training, tactics and strategy of a match, organization and conduct of competitions; the manual gives instructions on the equipment used during boxing, as well as on medical supervision and self-control of a boxer.

The application supports night mode and offline mode (without the Internet), there is a search, favorites. The application remembers where you left off for each category.
