Pilates…? Neither! BARRE is a discipline that takes tools from dance to work in a localized way from fitness. It combines isometric and aerobic exercises that allow you to achieve a refined, toned and flexible musculature. The objective is to work and sculpt your body through intense and localized training, with the traditional ballet barre as the protagonist and incorporating small elements such as dumbbells, elastic bands, small balls or discs. At Barre Diva you will find fun and enjoyable classes, companionship without complexes and good vibes between Divas!
