FileNext: Cloud Drive & Player

FileNext is your cloud drive, video player and file viewer in one app. Start with 1 TB free, upload files of any size, and share anything with a link.

A PLAYER FOR ALMOST ANY VIDEO

• Plays MP4, MKV, AVI, WebM, MOV, HEVC and many more formats, with the libVLC engine from VideoLAN

• Subtitles (SRT, VTT, ASS and embedded tracks), audio tracks, speed from 0.25× to 4×, A–B loop, sleep timer and an equalizer

• Swipe to seek, double-tap to skip, adjust brightness and volume with gestures, pinch to fill the screen

• Keeps playing in the background with media controls in your notifications, and Picture-in-Picture

• Picks up where you left off

A VIEWER FOR ALMOST ANY FILE

• PDFs with page thumbnails and zoom; Word, Excel and PowerPoint files and their OpenDocument versions

• Photos including HEIC, AVIF, WebP and animated images, with photo details

• Code with syntax colours, Markdown, JSON, XML and YAML as a tree, and CSV spreadsheets with hundreds of thousands of rows

• Look inside ZIP, TAR and 7z archives without unzipping, read ebooks (EPUB), view fonts, 3D models (glTF, OBJ, STL), SQLite databases, emails and certificates

• Big files open fast: only the part you're looking at is downloaded

YOUR DRIVE, ORGANISED

• Folders, starred files, recent files and a trash you can restore from

• Upload photos, videos and files of any size; uploads keep going in the background and pick up where they stopped if the connection drops

• Grid or list view, search, sorting, covers for videos and photos

• Open files from other apps with FileNext, share files to FileNext to upload them, and save your files to your phone or gallery

SHARE WITH ONE LINK

• Turn on a link for any file or folder, and turn it off at any time

• People open your links in FileNext and can save a copy to their own drive

• Report content or block a person straight from a shared link

TELEGRAM

• Connect the FileNext Telegram bot to send files from any chat straight into your drive

FileNext works with your FileNext account on the web at filenext.in and in the FileNext Mac app.
