FinTech Studies (FTS), is founded with a mission to empower the graduates through industry-oriented education. Like any other institution in the learning & development space, we are on a journey to reduce the knowledge & skill gap between the academia and the job market. But unlike others, the team at FTS believes in imparting education through intuitive, student-centric methodologies that aim at planting the concepts in the minds of the participants such that they can be recalled and put to use when necessary, instead of focusing just on interviews. Participants learn in a simulated environment to that of their future jobs so that they are deployable with minimal onboard training. Employers would prefer successful participants from FTS programs primarily for two reasons. Firstly, because of our 'Balance Scorecard approach', an evaluation methodology in assessing the learners from day one in the required aspects of Technical and Soft skills. Secondly, we nurture the participants and instill self-discipline, and camaraderie to transform them as professionals.

The core team of FTS and I carry over a decade of experience each in training & development and also bring a wide variety of expertise as practitioners. This core team of ours handles the majority of the training delivered and plays a vital role in putting the quality first. So, no second thoughts in delivery standard across our centers. Further, the connections with the industry developed through our erstwhile associations will assure a strong reference to our candidates doing the needful in placements.

Being a student myself (Ph.D. Scholar) and a firm believer of Lifelong Learning, we at FTS offer our alumni continuous support throughout their journey with references, access to our universe of learning materials and industry interactions.

FTS strives to become the students, the alumni, the academia, and the industry endorsed Learning Centre in India and overseas in the areas of Finance, Data Science and Fintech.
