Flinders University Sport & Fitness offer an exceptionally diverse range of sporting, fitness and wellness options for everyone.

It doesn't matter to us if you're a student, staff member or simply live nearby and work out with us.

A range of allied health services are available here for you on campus. such as Physiotherapy, Massage, and Personal Training are all onsite, convenient and run by some of the best in their field.

Massage and physiotherapy all have health fund rebates available to you, and bookings are available across the week.
