- Provide your driver license

- Provide Driver record (no DUI or systematic speeding violations!)

- Provide your vehicle PERMANENT registration document

- W9

- Provide Void check for direct deposit

- Read and sign agreement

All required documents should be uploaded using the app!

All provided contact information MUST be the DRIVER'S contact information, not a fleet owner or a dispatch.

Before you can use the app, submitted documents must be verified by Fly Expedite Inc.
