FPT Digital Tools

FPT Digital Tools is the application developed by FPT Industrial to allow the Dongle configuration change within the FPT Connected Services portfolio.

With the APP, the technician will have the possibility to:

- Switch the Dongle firmware between MyFPT App, Remote Assistance (RAS) and Proactive Assistance;

- Verification of the Dongle firmware installed.

The APP is dedicated to Users with valid FPT Credentials. Please, contact FPT Industrial at [email protected] for credential’s creation or any additional question.

Please note that the usage of the single Services are linked to the Service conditions applied when entering in the agreement, therefore FPT Digital Tool won’t substitute any of the tools, APP and Portal already in scope.
