Your little soldier starts out with 100 seconds on the clock to match two same army vehicles or army characters at a time. With each successful round, 10 seconds are taken off the timer letting them improve and test the limits. As they learn the strategy to such a game, their hand-eye-coordination and speed will improve.

With a low number of icons to prevent confusion, this match race for toddlers is perfectly age appropriate. Play with them and get into the game. Instructions For Playing:

Tap on the matching icons to clear them from the game board before time is up. You must pick matching pairs that are not diagonal, but side to side or on top of each other. (This is a actually an amazing way to introduce your little guy or girl to the concept of “on top” and “beside” and/or “on bottom" or "below”). The matches don’t have to be touching to be matched which is a unique game-play concept. However, they must be able to be linked with a straight line or lines. When you make a match the game will show you the link in green. If your little ones need help they can press the FIND button up to 3 times each round and it will show them matches, and they can also press the REFRESH button to shuffle the tiles around so they can see different link choices.
