What is Gladtolink?

Gladtolink is a digital transformation and document management service that offers a wide range of possibilities to both the company and the individual, endowed with special characteristics that make it a unique tool:

G2L CaptureData is a mobile application designed to upload data in a classified and orderly manner to Gladtolink. It allows you to quickly upload the data that you need from anywhere using Gladtolink's own labeling system.

- Text

- Date and Time

- Firms

- Barcodes

- Geoposition

… For which it has a set of specialized tools to facilitate the process for the user, such as maps, camera or barcode scanner.

The company will create buttons, templates with labels and forms that are shared with different users, through which the user can capture and upload data.

When that data reaches the platform, a PDF will be generated automatically with the fields filled in as they have been completed from the application, automatically organized and labeled.

Due to this degree of configurability, G2L CaptureData ends up being an application to suit the user, without the expense of custom development or the implementation deadlines that it entails.
