This version allows you to export your training plan to your Garmin Connect calendar. To do this, disconnect from Garmin and reconnect to access the new option.

If you enable automatic export, all new workouts will be automatically sent to your Garmin Connect calendar and you can then sync them to your watch.

If you prefer to have control over what is sent, you can use the new option when you enter the workout details and manually send the workout to Garmin Connect.
