Gowarehouse Vanta is the official mobile app for GoWarehouse's cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS), designed specifically for warehouse staff. It allows you to complete every step from receiving to shipping using your mobile phone or handheld device, eliminating paper documents and back-and-forth trips. Operations are updated to the system in real-time, ensuring consistently accurate inventory.

▸ Inbound Inspection: Scan box numbers or product barcodes to verify the quantity of each item received. Supports batch number, expiration date, and manufacturing date registration, with immediate reporting of anomalies.

▸ Shelving: The system guides you to suggested storage locations. Scan the storage location barcode to confirm shelving; product location is clear at a glance.

▸ Picking: Follow the picking list's path guidance to pick items. Scan to verify items and quantities. Supports batch picking and item placement. Out-of-stock situations are handled immediately.

▸ Outbound Inspection: Scan and verify each item before shipping to ensure correct items, quantities, and batch numbers, reducing errors and omissions.

▸ Inventory Management: Real-time inventory inquiry, inventory transfer between storage locations, cyclical inventory counting and replenishment operations, allowing you to monitor the actual status of each storage location at any time.
