Grappling Mods Minecraft adds a grappling hook to cross and climb walls

Jump over the map and throw it out like a snowball, in case it snares into a square, you swing right to it.

Note that tossing the snare diminishes its strength.

It can be repaired with string at an iron block, and charmed with Repairing, Unbreaking, and Vanishing. When let go, you will be pulled toward where your shot lands.
