GTV PLAY is a media player application that allows the user to access and play content provided by third parties. The platform does not host, store or distribute its own content, acting exclusively as a technical interface for the playback of external media through authorized login.

The user is solely responsible for the use of the application and the content accessed. GTV PLAY does not interfere with, select or get involved with any media transmitted through the platform. The application also does not provide playlists, links or any type of pre-loaded content.

The user is solely responsible for:

Using the application ethically and legally, without infringing copyright;

Assuming full responsibility for the consequences of their actions on the app.

GTV PLAY complies with Google Play guidelines and Brazilian legislation, and reserves the right to restrict features or terminate access in case of improper use.
