Hand Hygiene Hypnosis

The average person touches their face over 20 times an hour and quite often this is unintentional. This hypnosis track will help you at a subconscious level to reduce your risk of transmission through something that you touch.

The app is helpful for people of all ages, to improve hand hygiene, be more aware of social distancing and limiting shaking hands.

The suggestions include washing hands before preparing or touching food, avoid shaking hands, stop nail biting and touching your face. We are working hard to develop further tracks to help during this time.

Before you start:

1. Make sure you will not be disturbed by anything during the 20 min duration of the

hypnosis.

2. Find a quiet and dark room and lie down with your headphones.

3. Put your phone on flight mode or silent so you are not disturbed while listening to

hypnosis

4. Start the audio, close your eyes and relax.

About the hypnosis.

This hypnosis has been developed by Clive Westwood, one of the Top Hypnotherapy Practitioners in Adelaide, Australia. Co-Founder of this App, is a client of Clive and believes this App can help a lot of people, who unconsciously put hands on their mouth, bite nails or simply forget to wash hands before eating something. Another Co-Founder is a seasoned full stack developer.

This can be used on kids as well, who have poorer hand hygiene habits than adults. This app could be also used in the schools if they want to increase hand hygiene for kids. We have kept the app free so that it can reach the masses.
