Appliances: Your Hayfield Homes online portal will contain details of your appliances, including user manuals for when you need help setting a programme or troubleshooting an issue.

For each appliance, there will be a link to register the manufacturer’s warranty online.

Library: In the Library section, you’ll be able to view and download digital documents. We’ll ensure you have a copy of the homeowner’s manual given to you at handover, as well as appliance manuals, home warranty documents and more.

You can also upload your own documents to the portal for safe keeping, allowing you to log in and access them online from any device.

FAQs: Every now and then, you’ll have questions about your home that you’re sure you’ve heard the answer to before.
