About HCI Customer

HCI Customer App is designed to help businesses to perform health screening

HCI (which stands for Health Check-In) Customer App is designed to help businesses to perform basic health screening of employees and customers (which we term as Users) entering their facilities. The HCI Customer App is designed to work in conjunction with the HCI Business App. Together, these apps serve as a Human Resource tool to provide a healthier environment among all people entering any facility that utilizes HCI. Through a series of monitored expiration of Questionnaire Answers and Vital Sign Inputs, Users of this App will be getting Notifications about their screening results

The Registration process is simple:

1) User needs to enter a valid email - which we incorporate a OTP verification, and a self-generated password

2) 1st Pop-Up Permission = Information: This provides sources of information used to building this App

3) 2nd Pop-Up Permission = Terms Of Use

4) Demographics - the only optional information is the Social Security Information intake

5) HIPAA Consent - this allows the HCI App to share the basic health screening information along with the Users Contact information to the Business that they Check-In

The screening that HCI performs involves Users to answer a Questionnaire and to input Vital Sign values. The Questionnaire and Vital Signs values are date and time stamped. A Check-In process begins by scanning a QR Code by the HCI Customer App. In order for the Users to share this information with the Facility the User is informed of the Scanning Policy (which inform the User that information being shared with the check-in business may be forwarded only upon request by local Department of Health).

Once the User Checks-In, the Users screening information is analyzed against the screening criteria that the Business that they are entering has set-up on their HCI Business App (See below). The result of this screening analysis is displayed on the HCI Customer App Home screen as a PASS or NO PASS. Plus, the Business will send over a Notification on instructions (if needed) on what to do if they get a PASS or a NO PASS.

From the Home Screen, the User will be able to view the following:

a). When a Questionnaire needs to be Updated - the interval of time that a User is required to Update the Questionnaire results in an Expiration Date and Time

b). Which Added People are participating in the Check-In Process - these Added People are uploaded into the Customer App by the User. Each Added People are designated at being either a Minor, Unable to Operate Mobile Device, or Does not have and Active HCI Account. The Demographics for these Added People are similar to the User Demographics, but the only required information is Name and Date of Birth. The User will act as the Guardian / Care Taker for these Added People when it comes to Accepting the HIPAA Consent on their behalf.

From the Menu, User can see the following options:

(1) Add Person to Account - (refer to above Added People description)

(2) Find Nearest Test Center - this open the Mobile Device Interactive Map to see Centers (as depicted by Maroon Pins) with a radius of 20 kilometer. The User will also be able to directions to this Test Center. The uploading of Test Centers that participate with HCI will be initiated by the HCI Administration. The Test Centers will be locations that can upload Vital Signs (Temp / Blood Pressure / Pulse Ox -O2 Saturation) values

(3) Find Nearest Vaccination Center - (similar to Find Nearest Test Center, but focusing on Centers that provide Vaccinations). Currently, no information from these Vaccination Centers is uploaded to HCI

(4) Notification - all messages that come to the User. Sources of these messages come from (a) individual Businesses that they check-in, (b) the User's Employer that has invited them to use HCI, (c) HCI Administration to inform Users about changes to the HCI App.

(5) Profile - give access to the User's Demographics, Questionnaire and Vital section
