‘Live Like’ is a personal journey of self-improvement where you live the spirit of remarkable figures of the past. It is the shared ground of all fellow Helm users where we can upload inspirational quotes and insights about self-improvement and independence. Through collective collaboration, we aim to build and solidify a structure that elevates mental health by encouraging each of us to express our views and seek the wisdom of others.

‘Bondfire’ is a group profile where we keep in touch with our close ones in private. Invite family and friends to share your personal experiences and progress.
