To increase motivation for a healthy lifestyle, you can define personal goals in the app. With the help of practical tips on healthy nutrition, quitting smoking, coping with stress and more exercise, you will be able to achieve them better.

In addition, the app offers a wealth of knowledge about heart health in the form of descriptive texts, all of which have been checked by independent heart specialists, supplemented by videos and podcasts - always ready on the phone if questions arise (e.g. how can you prevent palpitations or atrial fibrillation yourself What is important to know about the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases?).
