HJV Edge

Dishman Performance LLC has developed the Cingular Focus HJV Edge app to help volleyball players, coaches and their parents improve their development. The mental skills program provides direction on developing your mental approach and physical development. The tools taught can be used on and off the court. There are sections specific to coaches and players as well. Players, parents, and coaches can ask questions specific to their needs. Content is delivered through videos, podcasts, articles, and PDFs. Join Cingular Focus HJV and take advantage of Coach Dishman's athletic and academic experience. Coach Dishman played baseball at Duke University and in the Atlanta Braves Organization. He also has a Master's in Sport Psychology.
