Dishman Performance Baseball

Coach Dishman pitched at Duke University and in the Atlanta Braves Organization. He has a Master's in Sports Psychology and developed the Dishman Performance Baseball Mental Skills App to provide coaching and insight, that will help the players develop on the field in the classroom and in life. When you download this application you will see there are specific sections for players, parents, and coaches. Coach Dishman created this app so he can coach 12-22-year-olds and help them reach their goals on and off the field.

The Dishman Performance Baseball App includes sections covering goal-setting, self-talk, finding your performance zones, developing resiliency, becoming a team leader, improving your coachability, and much more. This program is a great way to prepare for the season, off-season, showcases, travel ball, college recruiting, and recovering from an injury. Material is delivered through videos, podcasts, articles, PDF's and electronic forms. There is a Question & Answer section where you can ask Coach Dishman questions and see the answers to questions asked by others.

The parents and coaches section gives ideas on how these skills can be reinforced with their players. This section also has Question & Answer sections specific to parents and coaches.

Each week there will be specific topics and exercises introduced to work on your mindset and create a roadmap to develop as a player.
