Changes:
* Move2SD activated
* fix: property still has a monthly fee, after they were sold
* Android Toasts replaced by Snackbars
* Loading-Screen removed, after you made an action
* All buttons with which you can spend money are showing, how mich it's used will cost
* Removed several notifications
* Career Promotion now shows the chance to get it
* Adjusted translations
* When you die, now you see, how long you have survived
