For users to conveniently submit their location and health reports to the authorities. Please download this app only if you are asked by a Singapore Government Agency to do so. The app requires location permissions to function as intended.

*If you are on Stay Home Notice (SHN) issued by MOM, please note that you will only be able to register your mobile number after you receive an SMS from MOM, usually 1-3 days after you arrive in Singapore.
