Hoorah

Hoorah is a professional feedback app where anyone can give anyone professional feedback. Teams can use Hoorah to give each other feedback and request for feedback from one another, even from people outside of their team or organisation. Receiving feedback from people who have not signed up with Hoorah yet is possible via web links that are unique for each individual, allowing senders to give feedback without having to download the app.

Hoorah encourages social recognition among workmates because we believe that there is no deed too small to be recognized and everyone should know. The social feed shares only Hoorahs (positive feedback) received by the user or their workmates and if there’s a need, the involved parties can choose to hide the feedback from the social feed. Everyone in the workmates list can view, like or comment on the Hoorahs in the social feed.

For feedback or comments whose content matters more than knowing who the sender is, anonymity is there when you need it.

Features

Workmates These are the people you work with. They can be within or outside your organisation. To search from someone in the same organisation as you, you can search by their names. To find someone outside of your organisation to add as a workmate or to give feedback to, you have to search for them by their work email address.

Leave comments on feedback, even anonymous ones - View, like and comment on you or your workmates’ feedback.

Social recognition - Only Hoorahs from you and your workmates are shown on Social Feed.

Anonymity when desired - Toggle anonymity when when the situation calls for it.

Continuous instant feedback - Give and receive professional feedback to anyone, anywhere, anytime and instantly.

Receive feedback from anyone with a unique URL - Request feedback from anyone by sharing your own unique link. We recommend putting the link in your email signature so your correspondences can give you feedback whenever they want to.

#Hashtags - Group people by department, project and skills with tags.
